Our services can be summarized in one sentence: We solve your shiftwork problem for you. But first you have to take Step One:
Step One – Contact Us
Call or text us today at (415) 763-5005 or an email ([email protected] or [email protected]) is all it takes to find out what we can do for you.
This is the first step for 100% of our clients. Give us a call and tell us about your situation. We don’t have a “boxed solution” to sell to you. We want to understand your situation and, only after that, can we offer up some possible next steps to get you where you want to go.
There is no charge for this. Our rule-of-thumb is that if we don’t have to pick up a pencil, our time is free. If you have a question or two about policies or processes, ask us. We want you to succeed and don’t need to profit off of every bit of advice we offer.
If you are looking for help using an outside service such as ours, we will walk you through the basic steps of a typical project. This will enable you to understand our services in more detail.

Step Two – We come on-site for a 2-hour management overview meeting
If you have called us and feel that you want to take the next step, let’s set up a date where we can meet face-to-face.  We have found that a 2-hour on-site visit is the best way for you to evaluate our ability to help you. We want to meet with your management team to accomplish the following: (1) We want to have a clear understanding about your current situation and where you want to go and (2) We want you to understand the vast scope of tools we bring to the table when we work with you.
We encourage meeting participants to bring their questions. We’ll address every issue that time permits. Our approach is that if you have a problem that can be solved in a 2-hour meeting, then let’s do it.

Step Three – The proposal
If, after Step Two, you would like a comprehensive proposal from Shiftwork Solutions, let us know.  We’ll provide you with a Scope of work that lays out the entire process, tailored to your needs.
Take a look at it. If it’s too broad or maybe, not comprehensive enough, let us know.

Step Four – The Project
Once you have accepted a proposal and its associated timeline, we begin work. Typical projects for between 100 and 400 employees usually take about 6 weeks to complete. Bigger projects take more time and smaller ones, less. Most of our projects are in the 6-week range.
